Eco Au/Ni Nitric Acid Leach (NAL) Sustainable Extraction for a Greener Future The Eco Au/Ni - Nitric Acid Leach (NAL) project is an innovative, eco-engineered initiative designed to unlock the full value of laterite ore and non-laterite ore, while prioritising environmental stewardship, resource efficiency, and circular economy principles. Leveraging nitric acid-based leaching chemistry, this proprietary process is engineered to recover nickel (Ni), cobalt (Co), scandium (Sc), manganese (Mn), rare earth elements (REEs), copper (Cu), and gold (Au) with exceptional recovery rates and minimal waste output. Unlike traditional High Pressure Acid Leach (HPAL) or pyrometallurgical methods, the Eco Au/Ni NAL process operates under low pressure and moderate temperature conditions, significantly reducing energy demands, tailings footprint, and greenhouse gas emissions. Nitric acid is fully recycled within a 'closed-loop' system, supporting long-term operational sustainability and compliance with global ESG benchmarks. This breakthrough extraction method is the foundation of EcoMetals Nextechβs modular plant strategy, scalable, low-CAPEX facilities built near ore sources to minimise logistics costs and environmental impact. The process is designed to integrate seamlessly with AI and IoT for intelligent automation, ensuring efficiency, traceability, and responsible resource use from mine to market. The Eco Au/Ni Nitric Acid Leach project is not just about metal recovery; it's about building future-facing industries for electric mobility, renewable energy, and digital infrastructure, while uplifting host communities through jobs, education, and shared value.

The Advanced Feasibility Study (AFS) is a comprehensive, data-driven assessment that evaluates the technical, economic, environmental, and social viability of the proposed Eco Au/Ni Nitric Acid Leach process plant. It goes beyond preliminary feasibility by including engineering designs, cost estimates, ESG baselines, and risk scenarios to validate the commercial potential of the project.
